NURSERY ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE FORMS 2026-27

Please go through these guidelines carefully, which will provide all the answers to your questions with regard to admission to 2026-2027 session.

Age: Please note the date of birth range for eligibility of admission in Nursery: 01-APRIL-2021 TO 31-MARCH-2022

Details of Application Submission Schedule:
MANDATORY: Please submit a copy of the Online Form with all documents attached in the school office between 01-11-2025 to 08-11-2025 between 9:00 AM to 12:00 NOON.

PROCESS OF ONLINE FORM FILLING AND SUBMISSION:

• Register in the Admission Portal (Link available in the School Website: https://www.kasidihhighschool.com/) to create Login ID & Password. Login to the Admission Portal and apply ONLINE.
• Fill all the details as given in the Admission Portal.
• UPLOAD all the documents in JPEG Format. (Only Original Document Scan Copy must be uploaded)
• Scanned copy of Gate Pass/Medical Book (For Tata Steel/TSUIL Employee only)

IMPORTANT STEPS

• Download the Filled Admission Form and the Money Receipt / Acknowledgement.
• Take a Colored Print of the Filled Admission Form, attach all the documents (Uploaded in the Portal) and submit in School Office (Hardcopy) on the Submission dates mentioned above.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED: Uploaded in the portal & hardcopy to be submitted in the school office in above mentioned dates.

• Students Photograph (JPEG Format less than 2 MB)
• Family Photograph i.e. Father, Mother, Child (JPEG Format less than 5 MB)
• Scanned copy of Original Birth Certificate from the Notified Area (Hospital Slip or any other document is not acceptable) (In pdf less than 2 MB)
• Scanned copy of Original Aadhaar card of the Candidate (in PDF less than 2 MB).
• Scanned copy of Original Aadhaar card of the Parents (in PDF less than 2 MB).
• Scanned copy of Original Medical Papers in case the child has any medical / PWD condition (in PDF less than 2 MB)
• Scanned copy of Original Caste Certificate in case the child is SC/ST/OBC (in PDF less than 2 MB).

Date of issue of the Birth Certificate must be within one year of the date of the applicant’s birth.

• Candidates will be selected through Random Lottery.
• 25% SEATS ARE RESERVED FOR CANDIDATES UNDER RTE ACT FOR BPL & LIG.
• No deviation will be allowed in case of age.
• 25% SEATS ARE RESERVED FOR CANDIDATES UNDER RTE ACT FOR BPL & LIG.
• Late submission of Admission Form will not be accepted

If a candidate fails to take admission on the stipulated date, his /her seat will be given to the wait-listed candidate.
